Prior to joining Brightfield, Kristen spent more than ten years implementing, designing and managing MSP and VMS contingent workforce programs. She also led a Quality and Best Practices department, which focused on the design and deployment of best-in-class contingent workforce solutions. During her tenure within the industry, she has established formal program methodologies and metrics to ensure internal teams delivered quality solutions on time, on task, on budget. Her areas of expertise include program maturity, performance and optimization, program governance, supply chain strategy and workforce mix optimization.
