Leonardo da Vinci was obsessed with optics, mathematics, and the art of perspective. He was a keen observer, studying movement and shadows, and recording thousands of measurements to perfect and inform his painting.

Similarly, at Brightfield we believe science informs the art of designing the perfect workforce. We use experimentation to test existing theories or new hypotheses on behalf of our Global 2000 customers. While our experiments vary in goal and scale, they always rely on repeatable procedures and logical analysis, thereby increasing the reliability of the results. In the process we have developed significant industry innovations – from Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) certification standards created in conjunction with Staffing Industry Analysts, to contingent workforce program performance and maturity models, and the world’s most advanced workforce analytics platform, Talent Data Exchange.
